Owning and operating a video store for several years as well as having young children in our household has taught us a lot about the need for disc repairs.

We have repaired our own discs for rentals and have offered the service to our customers nationally.

Our central location in the United States has given us the advantage of being able to send and receive disc mailers quickly and our repair process is unmatched.

We have repaired discs, have sent them back to our customers and we have purchased used discs from large DVD Kiosk operators, like redbox, and have repaired them to sell internationally on eBay.  Finally, we understand what customer service is and how positive 'word of mouth' works for a company and how a negative experience helps neither of us.
